Terms and Conditions of Use for the Website and Fashion Trends Platform of C2 Fashion Studio S.R.L.
- Introduction 1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the use of the website and fashion trends platform of C2 Fashion Studio S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “C2 Fashion Studio” or “we”). 1.2 By using our website and platform, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website and platform.
- Definitions 2.1 “Service”: Any service provided by C2 Fashion Studio through the website and platform. 2.2 “Content”: All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials available on the website and platform.
- Access to the Service 3.1 Access to the C2 Fashion Studio platform is available through monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. 3.2 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and login credentials and agrees to immediately notify C2 Fashion Studio in the event of unauthorized use of their account. 3.3. All payments are non-refundable due to the comprehensive access provided to all content on the Platform.
- Use of the Service 4.1 The User agrees to use the Service solely for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 4.2 The User is prohibited from:
- Copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any Content obtained from the Service.
- Using the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Intellectual Property 5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Content and the Service are owned by C2 Fashion Studio or its licensors. 5.2 The use of any trademarks, logos, or other distinctive signs present on the website and platform without the prior written consent of C2 Fashion Studio is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability 6.1 C2 Fashion Studio does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The User uses the Service at their own risk. 6.2 C2 Fashion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Changes to the Terms 7.1 C2 Fashion Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the website. 7.2 It is the User’s responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for any changes.
- Termination 8.1 C2 Fashion Studio may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Service in case of violation of this Agreement or may deny access at its discretion.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1 This Agreement is governed by Italian law. 9.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
- Taxation 10.1 The cost of subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) for the Platform will be subject to VAT for direct commerce, charged to the end user (whether private B2C or business B2B) as required by Italian law.
